Lets you save data from the current project in a separate document that can then be used by another application, such as a spreadsheet or database.

Export Data is available only in the Project Table, Resource Table, Task Cost Entry Table,  Cash Flow Table, or Dependency Table.

When you export data from the Project Table, you can hide columns so that only data from visible columns is exported.

When you export data from the Project Table or Resource Table, you can specify the rows you want to export. If you don’t specify otherwise, all rows in those tables will be exported. 

From the Task Cost Entry Table, the Cash Flow Table, the Project Table, or Dependency Table, you can use a search formula to export only the tasks that match the formula.
